6 Bathroom AirBNB Heating System & Hot Water Upgrades | IBC Boiler Installation

When you’re managing a six-bathroom Airbnb, guest comfort is everything. This project was all about delivering reliable heat and endless hot water — even during peak booking season.

We installed a high-efficiency IBC boiler paired with a 60-gallon indirect hot water tank, ensuring rapid recovery and steady performance. With five thermostats and TACO zone controls, the system gives each part of the property independent temperature control. Honeywell zone valves and Grundfos pumps ensure smooth operation, while Rehau oxygen-barrier piping protects the system from corrosion and extends its life.

Whether it’s a full house of guests or just a couple enjoying a weekend getaway, this system keeps showers hot, rooms warm, and energy use efficient — a win for both the host and the guests.
